ClubHub + PlayHQ

PlayHQ runs the competition. ClubHub helps your club run the week.

ClubHub is designed to work alongside PlayHQ, not replace it. PlayHQ remains the source for competition administration such as registrations, fixtures, ladders and results, while ClubHub focuses on availability, selection, checks, finalisation and match planning inside the club.

Two systems, different jobs

Keep the official competition system and improve the club workflow around it.

A community cricket club still needs to organise who is available, build several teams, apply its selection process, deal with exceptions and prepare for game day. That operational work is where ClubHub sits.

PlayHQ

Competition administration

Registrations, official fixtures, ladders, results and competition information supplied by PlayHQ.

ClubHub

Your week of cricket

Availability, team selection, relevant checks, club progress, finalisation and match planning.

Flexible data pathways

You do not need an API key to use ClubHub.

ClubHub supports more than one pathway because community clubs do not all have the same access to PlayHQ data.

Authorised PlayHQ reports

Available now. Reports can provide player, registration, team, fixture and other supported information needed to get ClubHub running.

Optional Public API connection

Where your club or association has the required Organisation ID and API key, ClubHub can keep supported competition and match information current automatically.

Manual updates when needed

Players, teams and matches can still be added or corrected manually for late registrations, scratch matches, temporary teams or other exceptions.

Report mode

A practical way to start now.

Authorised PlayHQ reports can supply the player, registration and other detail ClubHub needs for selection and eligibility. Reports are snapshots, so clubs refresh the information that has changed rather than rebuilding everything each week.

Connected mode

Reduce repeated fixture updates where access is available.

A Public API connection can keep supported competition and match information current automatically. Reports still remain important for player and registration detail that the public connection does not supply.
