Foundation Season Offer

A straightforward first-season offer for participating community cricket clubs.

Full first season

The Foundation Season price is AUD $290 for the club's full 2026/27 season.

What is included

  • Full ClubHub access for every team in the club for the 2026/27 season.
  • One-to-one onboarding and first-season support.
  • Help getting the club set up and ready for selection.

30-day satisfaction period

The 30-day satisfaction period starts when the club's LIVE workspace is activated and made available for normal club use. It does not start merely because setup has begun.

If the club cancels within that period, ClubHub will provide a full refund if the season fee has already been paid, or cancel the invoice if it remains unpaid.

An authorised Club Admin can use Cancel during satisfaction period in the Club's Subscription panel, or contact support@clubhubselect.com.au to request cancellation. ClubHub will confirm the refund or invoice cancellation. Cancelling the subscription is separate from requesting workspace closure, an export or deletion of Club information.

After the satisfaction period

After 30 days, the season fee is ordinarily non-refundable merely because the club stops using ClubHub. This does not limit any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

After cancellation or closure, the workspace may become read-only while an appropriate export or closure is arranged.

Feedback and evaluation

Foundation clubs are expected and requested to share practical feedback and participate in reasonable product evaluation. This is a collaborative expectation, not a technical breach trap or a basis for forfeiting the satisfaction-period protection.

Public listing, website promotion and Association launch messages are optional. Choosing not to take part does not remove access, change the season price or forfeit the satisfaction-period protection.

No automatic renewal

  • There is no automatic commitment to a future season.
  • Any future price or plan must be offered to and accepted by the club.
