Using ClubHub well

Read the full guide
  • Keep it about cricket. Only record what selection actually needs — availability, teams, eligibility details. Not medical, family or other private matters.
  • Kids come first. Take extra care with junior players. Never put WWCC numbers, copies or screening details in notes.
  • Your account is yours. Don't share logins, and only look at the teams and clubs you're authorised to work with.
  • Draft means draft. A draft team can change. Treat it as working information until the club finalises it.
  • Checks help. People decide. ClubHub flags possible issues, but it doesn't make official eligibility rulings. Your club and association always have the final say.
  • Fix what's wrong. Overrides need a legitimate cricket reason. Report incorrect information or access concerns.
  • Write with respect. Keep notes factual and cricket-relevant. Write them as though the player could eventually read them.
